Privacy
Texas Resource Navigator is built to be safe to use: no account, no login, and no personal or client information collected, stored, or sold. Ever.
What this site does not collect
There are no user accounts and no sign-in. The site does not ask for, store, or share your name, your clients' names, or any case details. Please do not put any client's personal information into feedback emails or the submission form.
Usage measurement (cookieless, no personal data)
To learn which resources are useful, the site uses privacy-respecting, server-side analytics through its host. It counts things like how many times a page was viewed and roughly where visits come from, using the web server's own logs. There are no cookies, no advertising, no third-party trackers, and no fingerprinting, and nothing is tied to an individual.
ZIP code search
If you type a ZIP code, only that 5-digit ZIP is sent to a free public postal-code lookup (zippopotam.us) to find the matching county. No personal information is sent, and the result is not stored. You can always type a county name instead.
Submitting a resource or feedback
The submission form and feedback links send only what you choose to type, to the maintainer, so a listing can be verified. Do not include any client's personal information. See Submit a resource.
